Hunger for More Than Food

I decided to write a post on this like half of a thousand days ago.  Here I am… goin’ for it.

So, I decided to do this goofy fast a meal every day for a while thing…  and someone is copying me to make it way better.  Anyway, it’s given me the chance to analyze secret special technical aspects of the complicated hi-tech life we live.  Are you ready for my analysis?

When you sacrifice food, it becomes easier to go without when you don’t even plan to.  Hunger becomes something that’s a reward to fill once or twice a day, not an addiction to keep stuffing with crazy insane amounts of gross food.

I decided to listen to God and realize that the same thing works in other areas.  Let’s take money for example.  Well, excuse me if I’m too understand-how-God-works-ing, but you ever think about the logical reason why people who tithe are better off financially?  Maybe because they’ve sacrificed some of it…  it’s no longer an idol.  There’s little desire, I believe, to waste money on junk.  Hmm…  OUCH…  for me anyway.  Same thing with everything in life that’s good but has the potential of idolatry.

By the way, I did a quiz that none of yall will ever pass: Adamation

…unless you take it twice and write down the answers.
