I have one of those stupid rubber bracelets on now that people are wearing recently.
I ran into it because I was buying a small notebook last night to write every funny stuff in. I wanna use all the funniness I gather for a while to throw a movie together some day or something. Anyway, the yellow notebook and rubber bracelet are sold together for like $1.73 at Wal-Mart
As I was walking to the registers, I took 29 steps past a kid I knew in high school who works late nights restocking the medicine boxes near the pharmacy. After reading the word written on the notebook and bracelet in my hand, I decided to turn around and talk to the kid.
I was amazed at how much hunger I could sense in him for the savior I can’t imagine living without. There’s always so much of a reward for doing what you’re afraid of doing.
I guess I’ll keep this lame yellow bracelet on for a while. There’s nothing to be afraid of, doing what we were made to do.

You always have inspiring things to say, even if it is just “Your face”. So I am sorry about just leaving your house w/o really saying goodbye on Sunday… I wasn’t trying to be rude, I just had a lot on my mind and felt like I had to go NOW! That’s how I do it sometimes and I apologize.
It’s ok if all the cool kids went hiking while you stayed sleeping. 😉 That’s why I posted pictures. Everyone can enjoy the prettiness from the comfort of their own computer chairs. I sweat like a glistening piglet in the Arizona sun and it was fun! I love nature because I feel so close to God. It’s like visiting Him at his house. I’m going again next Saturday if anyone wants to go. 😀
