Got off work early…   went in late.  This is my new bad habbit.  It’s just so hot.  It’s too bad I’m making just enough money to keep my truck.  Haha, not really…   I can also afford the required 4 daily Gatoraids.  Now I’m waiting for Jess to get off work so we can go to the gym.

Today at lunch we drove to the lake and talked some about music stuff.  In about 4 seconds I talked her into being a bassist.  Alright!  As soon as we each get a guitar, an amp (or probably some other stuff) and a drummer or something, we’ll get going with this thing.  We need prayer that God will provide.  We’re supposed to be playing for some bikers or stuff at this huge event on Oct 1st as well as at “Java Junction” and some other places prolly pretty soon.

The pastor of the church we started going to is approx 30 years old or less.  His name is Andrew and he looks like a skinny Jeremy Camp.  He’s also the Executive Producer of Youth for Christ.  His church isn’t too huge because they’ve only been together about the exact ammount of time I’ve been here in Sebring…  we’re hoping we can become his little friends and also get involved with Youth for Christ.

Man…  I live in the Ghetto.  I wonder if I should make it fun or just complain.  Poor people like ones named Leon and Commel keep asking me for “gas” money or offering to cut my lawn for $65 and stuff.  Heheh.  I think they see a truck that a girl named Theresa kept very nice and shinney in my possesion, and assume I must be loaded.  Are poor people that possibly have a drug/alchohol problem still considered “the least of these”?  Maybe it’s not my place to wonder.  People with “problems” are under bondage…  I’m sure they never wanted to be where they’re at.  How can I TRULY help them?

Ugh…   sorry, so much to say…  I feel like a jerk for not really checking up with very many people, but I somehow pretend that being busy will evaporate soon…  maybe if I keep at it my pretending will produce something.  Okay, I think I gotta go, Jess is here.  I’ll try to read some xangas tonight.

So I only have about 4 1/2 weeks till I leave, time flies, any advice for the long drive ahead of me? Tell Jess I said Hi, that I love her and can’t wait to see her! Theresa <><

Adam!  The Lord bless you bro!  Pray for those dudes, and the say “Sliver very and gold have I none, but such as I have give I unto thee; then share the gospel with them.  Invite them to your new chruch.  Offer to take them to lunch (if you can afford it).  Sorry not trying to preach just giving so suggestions.  Be blessed and don’t grow weary in doing good.  We miss you over here at Itec.  Just FYI Matt no longer works with us.  That whole security thing didn’t work out.  Lots of new people.  Anyway, tell Jess I said  soomachukabalatoo.   Thanks.
