It’s hard to write stuff as fast as it happens.

Well, Jess and I celebrated our first year of marriage this past weekend.  We went to Ft.Myers and watched a Broadway Palm production of My Fair Lady.  We also did lots of shopping and ended up at the Museum/Planetarium.

Sunday we drove everywhere for buying a stuff or some.

That night we ate our 1-year old cake…  or like some of it.

 
Monday was the Museum. The sign confused me.  Jess helped me.

This awesome descented skunk would let you pet it while it got more food in him.

House news:

The outside got painted today

We’re trying to decide if we like it, but it’s kinda hard to tell in the dark.

Story time:
While working on the house in early December, we had a new front door and a ceiling fan in the back of my truck.  I set the fan out on the side of my truck to get to the door which was under the fan.  After messing around with the door, we left to gather something else and food or stuff.  It was dark and didn’t know what I was doing, but I felt a big bump while backing out and thought nothing of it because the florida terrain in our yard was wild at best. 

Upon returning we found this with a fan in it’s midst:


To our amazement…   not a single thing was broken inside.  The fan blades were’nt scratched.  The motor was in one piece.  The 2 glass bolws that filter the light weren’t cracked.  The little cardstock boxes that hold the tiny lightbulbs were twisted and crushed, but the bulbs inside were flawless.  Just amazing.
